We design right-sizing and equipment upgrades (bins, compactors, sorting stations) and implement
diversion tactics to meet LEED thresholds—50% diversion for baseline points and up to 75% for
additional points depending on the chosen path.

We establish consistent tracking protocols (weight or volume), collect weigh tickets and facility reports,
and compile the Waste Diversion Report required for LEED submittals. LEED allows calculations by
weight or volume and requires inclusion/exclusion rules (e.g., exclude excavated soil; include ADC as
waste) which we follow precisely.

If using commingled recycling, we vet and coordinate with certifed sorting facilities and incorporate
facility average recycling rates into your calculations to ensure compliance with LEED requirements.

We deliver on-site and virtual training for crews, subcontractors, and facility staf to ensure proper
separation, documentation, and contamination reduction—critical for achieving and sustaining diversion
targets.
